This Management Development Programme (MDP) is designed to empower policymakers, corporate leaders, and development professionals with the knowledge and tools to integrate the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into governance frameworks.
The programme explores the critical link between good governance, policy effectiveness, and sustainable development, with a strong emphasis on practical implementation strategies. Through expert-led sessions, case studies, and interactive workshops, participants will learn how to align governance models with SDG targets and drive inclusive, accountable, and sustainable growth.

Faculty & Methodology
The programme is led by Dr. Ashok Kumar Patnaik, Professor, Centre for Human Resource Development (CHRD), ASCI, along with ASCI’s esteemed faculty and eminent personalities from Indian Civil Services, CEOs, business leaders, and legal and technical experts.
The methodology combines theory, case-based learning, workshops, and actionable strategies to ensure practical and experiential learning.
Participant Profile
The programme is designed for junior, middle, and senior-level executives, managers, professionals, and researchers interested in governance, sustainability, policy implementation, and the use of technology in public and private sector organisations. Organisational sponsorship is essential.
Venue
The programme is fully residential. Participants will be accommodated in air-conditioned single-occupancy rooms. The ASCI campus is comprehensively Wi-Fi enabled.
Duration
The programme duration is 3 days, from February 09 to 11, 2026. Participants are expected to arrive a day prior to commencement.
Programme Fee
Residential Fee: Rs. 43,700/- plus GST (18%) per participant.
Non-Residential Fee: Rs. 37,700/- plus GST (18%) per participant.
A 10% discount is applicable for three or more participants from the same organisation,
provided payment is made before February 06, 2026.
Medical Insurance
Participants must carry proof of valid medical insurance. The sponsoring agency must endorse medical coverage in the event of hospitalization.
