During his 22-year tenure at Reliance Industries Limited, a leading petroleum and petrochemical giant in India, he held several senior leadership roles, including Chief of Staff - Petrochemicals, Senior Executive Vice President (Chemicals), and Senior Executive Vice President (Polymers).

Paparao’s strategic vision, a hallmark of his leadership, has been pivotal in managing diverse business verticals with full P&L responsibility. He has driven industry growth, spearheaded business transformation, and ensured robust corporate governance.
