PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

Leadership today isn’t just about making the right decisions—it’s about recognising patterns, sensing undercurrents, and influencing the invisible forces that shape teams, organisations, and societies.

The Integrated Leader: Mastering Essentials and Systems Thinking” is not just another leadership programme, it’s a leadership reframe. It challenges conventional leadership models and introduces a new way of thinking that integrates self-awareness, group dynamics, and workplace intelligence.

Over three immersive days, participants will embark on a transformational journey:

  • Days 1 & 2 focus on the Five Essentials of Leadership: Authenticity, Emotional Agility, Vulnerability, a Growth Mindset, and Visioning. Through deep self-inquiry, participants will cultivate character-driven leadership—rooted in clarity, resilience, and purpose
  • Day 3 moves beyond self-awareness into the realm of Group Unconsciousness—the hidden dynamics that shape decision-making, team interactions, and organisational culture. Using the Tavistock approach, participants will decode group behaviours, uncover unconscious biases, and explore the systemic forces that drive collaboration, resistance, and transformation.

This is not a programme for passive learners. It is an experiential deep dive that pushes participants to challenge assumptions, engage with real-world paradoxes, and practice leadership at a systemic level.

KEY COMPONENTS

Day 1: Foundations of Impactful Leadership

The programme begins by establishing the foundational traits of impactful leadership. Participants will delve into character-driven leadership to understand how the five essentials build lasting influence. Sessions on authenticity and vulnerability will highlight how to foster collaboration and manage challenges. The day concludes with a focus on emotional intelligence, providing tools to enhance self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and manage complexities effectively

Harnessing the power of storytelling to inspire teams and align organisational goals. 3. Crafting actionable leadership plans and journey maps to define purpose and direction.

Day 3: Leadership Through Systems Thinking The final day focuses on systems thinking and its application to leadership. Participants will: 1.
