PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
The programme People Management through Emotional Intelligence focuses on leveraging emotional intelligence to effectively manage people and teams. This programme offers a comprehensive approach to leveraging emotional intelligence for effective people and team management. Through interactive sessions and practical exercises, participants will learn how to apply emotional intelligence principles in real-world scenarios, leading to a more positive and productive work environment. Aligned with the principles of the Karmayogi Model, this programme focuses on leveraging emotional intelligence to effectively manage people and teams. The Karmayogi Model emphasizes continuous learning, self-awareness, and behavioural transformation, enabling participants to become more effective and empathetic leaders. This programme offers a structured approach through interactive sessions and practical exercises that allow participants to apply emotional intelligence principles in real-world scenarios. By integrating the ethos of the Karmayogi Model, the programme nurtures self-mastery and collaboration, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ethical leadership.

Day 1
Introduction to Emotional Intelligence (EI) & the Karmayogi Model- Self-awareness and emotional -Understanding the impact of EI on leadership-Understanding others’ Emotions
Day 2
Strengthening communication and empathy in teams, Psychometric testing -Conflict resolution and negotiation using EI- Case studies and role-playing exercises
Day 3
Building emotionally intelligent individuals and organizations, Resilience and stress management techniques- Relationship management, action planning and feedback session
FACULTY & METHODOLOGY
Dr. Tanusree Chakraborty, an esteemed faculty member with extensive experience in training, leadership development, and behavioural sciences, will lead the training programme. Dr. Chakraborty has designed and conducted numerous executive education programmes, equipping professionals with the necessary skills to navigate complex organizational challenges. In addition to Dr. Chakraborty’s expertise, the programme will feature renowned experts from both industry and academia, who will bring diverse perspectives and insights. These faculty members will deliver rich, in-depth content, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience. The training will include interactive lectures, real-world case studies, experiential learning, and role-play exercises. Participants will engage in self-assessments, group discussions, and hands-on problem-solving sessions, fostering a dynamic and immersive learning environment.
PARTICIPANT PROFILE
This programme is ideal for mid-level managers, team leaders, professionals, and senior leaders from any functional area who want to enhance their people management skills and develop effective leadership guided by the Karmayogi principles of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and continuous growth.

VENUE
The programme is fully residential and the participants will be accommodated in air-conditioned single occupancy rooms. The college does not provide accommodation for the family. The college is Wi-Fi enabled in a comprehensive way.
DURATION
The programme duration is 3 days starting from July 14-16, 2025. The participants are expected to arrive a day before commencement and may leave after the conclusion of the programme.
PROGRAMME FEE
Residential Fee: Rs. 43,700/- (US $683 for foreigners) plus GST as applicable (presently 18%) per participant. The fee covers tuition, board and lodging, courseware (in electronic form) and other facilities of the College including internet usage.
Non-Residential Fee: Rs. 37,700/- plus GST as applicable (presently 18%) per participant. The fee covers tuition, course ware (in electronic form) working lunch and other facilities of the College including internet usage.
A discount of 10% on the Programme fee for three or more participants from the same organisation will be given, provided the payment is credited into our Bank account before July 11, 2025.

MEDICAL INSURANCE
The nominees are requested to carry with them the proof of Medical Insurance. The sponsoring agency is required to endorse the nominees' medical coverage in the event of hospitalization

ASCI ALUMNI ASSOCIATION
Participants of the College programmes will automatically become members of the ASCI alumni association.
CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION
The College issues a Certificate of Participation on conclusion of the programme.
