PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
The Fundamentals of Financial Modelling and Forecasting programme is a comprehensive, hands-on training designed to equip participants with essential and advanced financial modelling skills for accurate forecasting and strategic decision-making. COURSE CONTENT
Day 1
Programme will begin with the Introduction to financial modelling concepts, financial statements, and key modelling tools and software used for analysis and forecasting.
Day 2
Building structured financial models, best practices, and techniques for revenue and expense forecasting to enhance financial accuracy.
Day 3
Developing cash flow projections, costing models, and profitability analysis, along with capital budgeting and investment evaluation techniques.
Day 4
Conducting scenario analysis and sensitivity testing, building profitability and cost models, and measuring financial KPIs for decision-making.
Day 5
Assessing financial risks, mitigation strategies, and interpreting models for business decision-making, supported by case studies and practical applications. This training programme is aligned with Karmayogi's competency in financial management.
FACULTY AND METHODOLOGY
The training programme will be led by Ms. Sridevi Tummarakoti, who brings over two decades of multifaceted expertise spanning teaching, corporate training, research, banking, and administration. The programme will also feature renowned practitioners and industry experts, enriching the learning experience with real-world insights. The pedagogy will embrace an engaging and immersive approach, incorporating classroom sessions, case-based discussions, practical exercises, and experiential learning to ensure a dynamic and results-driven experience

This programme is designed for executives, managers, and analysts in finance, accounting, and business planning who want to strengthen their expertise in financial modelling and forecasting. It is ideal for professionals involved in budgeting, financial analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making, as well as those responsible for interpreting financial data to drive business performance and growth.

VENUE
The programme is fully residential and the participants will be accommodated in air conditioned single occupancy rooms. The college does not provide accommodation for the family. The college is Wi-Fi enabled in a comprehensive way.
DURATION
The programme duration is from June 30 to July 04, 2025. The participants are expected to arrive a day before commencement and may leave after the conclusion of the programme.
PROGRAMME FEE
Residential Fee: Rs. 69,500/- (US $1086 for foreigners) plus GST as applicable, presently 18% per participant. The fee covers tuition, board and lodging, courseware (in electronic form), and other facilities of the College including internet usage.
Non-Residential Fee: Rs.59,500/- plus GST as applicable, presently 18% per participant. The fee covers tuition, courseware (in electronic form) working lunch, and other facilities of the College including internet usage.
A discount of 10% on the programme fee for three or more participants from the same organisation will be given, provided the payment is made into our Bank account before
June 27, 2025.

MEDICAL INSURANCE
The nominees are requested to carry with them the proof of Medical Insurance. The sponsoring agency is required to endorse the nominee's medical coverage in the event of hospitalization.

LAST DATE FOR WITHDRAWAL
June 23, 2025. Any withdrawals after this date will entail forfeiture of the fee paid, if any.

Participants of College Programmes will automatically become members of the ASCI Alumni Association.
CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION
