PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
Financial intelligence is a critical skill for effective decision-making in today's dynamic and interconnected governance and business landscape. As officers of the public and corporate sectors advance in their careers, understanding, interpreting, and leveraging financial data is essential for driving organizational efficiency, achieving policy objectives, and ensuring fiscal responsibility. This programme, aligned with the Karmayogi functional competency framework in Financial Management, is designed to enhance the financial acumen of non-finance professionals, empowering them to make informed decisions that contribute to organizational success.

COURSE CONTENT
Day – I


Begin with an introduction to core financial concepts, focusing on strategic budgeting and cost control to establish a solid basis for informed decision-making.

Explore comprehensive financial statement analysis, learning to interpret Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements while monitoring key performance indicators.


Day - III


Delve into data-driven financial decision-making frameworks and strategic budgeting practices, enabling effective resource allocation aligned with organizational goals.


Day - IV


Examine the fundamentals of risk management, including risk identification, mitigation strategies, and compliance adherence, to safeguard fiscal responsibility.

FACULTY AND METHODOLOGY
Led by Dr. Mohammed Mujahed Ali, with over 19 years of expertise, seamlessly blends academic rigor with practical insights. Holding a Ph.D. in Business Management and an M.Phil, MBA, and M.Com, Dr. Ali is recognized as a Securities Market Trainer by SEBI and serves as a resource person for NISM and NSE, delivering over 250 workshops and Training programmes. His engaging teaching approach integrates immersive classroom sessions, case-based discussions, and a hands-on approach. Moreover, the programme features renowned practitioners and industry experts who contribute real-world insights. At the same time, the dynamic, experiential pedagogy—including practical exercises and immersive learning—ensures a results-driven experience that empowers professionals to elevate their financial acumen and drive impactful decisions.

Designed for public and corporate executives and senior executives from non-finance functions, including marketing, operations, technical, HR, legal, analytics, and IT. It is particularly suitable for those individuals who are eager to enhance their financial acumen, enabling them to make informed decisions and contribute effectively to overall business strategies. The programme also caters to managers, team leaders, entrepreneurs, and small business owners who are responsible for managing teams or departments and wish to gain a deeper understanding of the financial aspects related to their areas of responsibility. By aligning their decision-making with the financial goals of the organization, participants will be better equipped to drive success and achieve desired outcomes.

VENUE


The programme is fully residential and the participants will be accommodated in air-conditioned single occupancy rooms. The college does not provide accommodation for the family. The college is Wi-Fi enabled comprehensively.


DURATION


The programme duration is 5 days starting from August 18-22, 2025. The participants are expected to arrive a day before commencement and may leave after the conclusion of the programme.


PROGRAMME FEE


Residential Fee: Rs. 69,500/- (US $ 1086 for foreigners) plus GST as applicable (presently 18%) per participant. The fee covers tuition, board and lodging, courseware (in electronic form) and other facilities of the College including internet usage.


Non-Residential Fee: Rs. 59,500/- plus GST as applicable (presently 18%) per participant. The fee covers tuition, course ware (in electronic form) working lunch and other facilities of the College including internet usage.


A discount of 10% on the Programme fee for three or more participants from the same organisation will be given, provided the payment is credited into our Bank account before August 16, 2025.

MEDICAL INSURANCE

The nominees are requested to carry with them the proof of Medical Insurance. The sponsoring agency is required to endorse the nominees' medical coverage in the event of hospitalization
