CONTENT
Day – I
Participants will be introduced to essential financial concepts and their strategic significance in today’s business environment. The session demystifies key financial terminology and highlights the importance of financial data in driving informed decision-making.
Day – II
Focuses on understanding and interpreting the Statement of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement. Attendees will learn how these documents interrelate and serve as vital tools for assessing an organization’s financial performance.
Day – III
Participants delve into analytical techniques such as ratio and trend analysis, examining how managerial decisions affect profitability, liquidity, and sustainability. The session emphasizes practical applications to evaluate business performance effectively.
Day – IV
The programme shifts focus to the strategic use of financial information. Participants will explore the creation of shareholder value and learn to employ financial data for planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic business decisions.
Day – V
Concluding with hands-on exercises and real-world case studies, this session enables participants to apply their newly acquired skills to evaluate the financial health of businesses and projects, ensuring they are well-equipped for practical financial decision-making.

FACULTY AND METHODOLOGY
Led by Dr. Mohammed Mujahed Ali with over 19 years of expertise, seamlessly blends academic rigor with practical insights. Holding a Ph.D. in Business Management along with an M.Phil, MBA, and M.Com, Dr. Ali is recognized as a Securities Market Trainer by SEBI and is serving as a resource person for NISM and NSE, delivered over 250 workshops and Training programmes. His engaging teaching approach integrates immersive classroom sessions, case-based discussions, and hands-on approach. Moreover, the programme features renowned practitioners and industry experts who contribute real-world insights, while the dynamic, experiential pedagogy—including practical exercises and immersive learning—ensures a results-driven experience that empowers professionals to elevate their financial acumen and drive impactful decisions.

VENUE
The programme is fully residential and the participants will be accommodated in air conditioned single occupancy rooms. The college does not provide accommodation for the family. The college is Wi-Fi enabled in a comprehensive way.
DURATION
The programme duration is 5 days starting from July 07-11, 2025. The participants are expected to arrive a day before commencement and may leave after the conclusion of the programme.
PROGRAMME FEE
Residential Fee: Rs. 69,500/- (US $ 1086 for foreigners) plus GST as applicable (presently 18%) per participant. The fee covers tuition, board and lodging, courseware (in electronic form) and other facilities of the College including internet usage.
Non-Residential Fee: Rs. 59,500/- plus GST as applicable (presently 18%) per participant. The fee covers tuition, course ware (in electronic form) working lunch and other facilities of the College including internet usage.
A discount of 10% on the Programme fee for three or more participants from the same organisation will be given, provided the payment is credited into our Bank account before July 04, 2025.

MEDICAL INSURANCE
The nominees are requested to carry with them the proof of Medical Insurance. The sponsoring agency is required to endorse the nominees' medical coverage in the event of hospitalization

LAST DATE FOR WITHDRAWAL
June 30, 2025. Any withdrawals after this date will entail forfeiture of fee paid, if any.

Participants of the College programmes will automatically become members of the ASCI alumni association.
CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION
The College issues a Certificate of Participation on conclusion of the programme.
