Methodology
This immersive programme employs a blend of interactive discussions, real-world case studies, and role-play exercises. Participants will explore strategic agility, adaptive leadership, and innovation-driven decision-making. Self-assessments, group discussions, and hands-on problem-solving exercises will ensure a holistic learning experience.
Faculty
Dr. Tanusree Chakraborty, an expert in leadership development, behavioural sciences, and executive training, will lead this programme. Duration
The programme duration is 5 days (February 02–06, 2026). Participants are expected to arrive a day before commencement and may leave after the conclusion of the programme.
Programme Fee
- Residential Fee: ₹69,500 + 18% GST per participant
- Non-Residential Fee: ₹59,500 + 18% GST per participant
- Foreign Participants: US $1086 + applicable GST
- 10% discount for 3 or more participants from the same organisation (payment before January 30, 2026)
Venue
The programme is fully residential. Participants will be accommodated in air-conditioned single occupancy rooms at the ASCI campus, Hyderabad. The College is Wi-Fi enabled comprehensively.
