Methodology


This immersive programme employs a blend of interactive discussions, real-world case studies, and role-play exercises. Participants will explore strategic agility, adaptive leadership, and innovation-driven decision-making. Self-assessments, group discussions, and hands-on problem-solving exercises will ensure a holistic learning experience.

Faculty


Dr. Tanusree Chakraborty, an expert in leadership development, behavioural sciences, and executive training, will lead this programme.   • Non-Residential Fee: ₹59,500 + 18% GST per participant
  • Foreign Participants: US $1086 + applicable GST

Venue


The programme is fully residential. Participants will be accommodated in air-conditioned single occupancy rooms at the ASCI campus, Hyderabad. The College is Wi-Fi enabled comprehensively.
