PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

Industry 4.0 is reshaping the economy with complexity, disruption, and uncertainty. To thrive in this dynamic landscape, leaders must drive innovation while managing continuous transformation. Inspired by the Karmayogi Model, this programme cultivates an agile mindset, emphasising adaptability, analytical thinking, and ethical decision-making. Participants will develop the skills to navigate change, lead transformational efforts, and foster high-performing, agile teams. Through real-world case studies, practical insights, and strategies for coaching agile teams, this programme equips leaders to drive innovation and sustain long-term success

CONTENT

 

Day 1: Building the Agile Leadership Mindset

Introduction to Agile Leadership and its Significance in Industry 4.0. Participants will explore the Karmayogi Model, emphasising self-awareness, adaptability, and ethical leadership. Interactive self-assessments and case studies will provide insights into navigating uncertainty.

 

Day 2: Navigating Change and Decision-Making

Focus on data-driven decision-making and managing uncertainty. Participants will develop analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for high-pressure situations. A crisis simulation will offer hands-on experience in tackling complex leadership challenges.

 

 

 

Day 3: Agile Teams and Conflict Resolution

Exploration of team motivation, collaboration, and conflict resolution. Role-playing exercises will help participants practice dispute resolution, effective negotiation, and fostering an agile team culture, with an emphasis on ethical influence and stakeholder engagement.

 

Day 4: Leading Innovation and Driving Transformation

Strategies for leading innovation and managing digital transformation. Participants will learn techniques to drive agility, overcome resistance to change, and implement agile practices. Case studies of successful transformations will provide actionable insights.

 

Day 5: Sustaining Agile Leadership for Long-Term Success

Emphasis on resilience, continuous learning, and leadership sustainability. A panel discussion with industry experts will provide practical guidance. The programme will conclude with participants developing personalised agile leadership action plans for future application

 

METHODOLOGY

 

The programme combines engaging lectures, real-world case studies, experiential activities, and interactive role plays to cultivate strategic agility and adaptive leadership. Participants will engage in self-assessments, group discussions, and hands-on problem-solving exercises, fostering an immersive and action-oriented learning environment. The focus is on developing resilient, forward-thinking leaders equipped to drive transformation in complex business settings

Dr Tanusree Chakraborty, a distinguished leadership development and behavioural sciences expert, leads the programme. With extensive experience in executive education, she has designed and facilitated numerous training programmes that empower professionals to navigate dynamic organisational landscapes. In addition to Dr Chakraborty, the programme features leading industry practitioners and academic experts, providing diverse perspectives and real-world insights

This programme is designed for mid-level managers, team leaders, senior professionals, and aspiring leaders across various functional domains. It is particularly beneficial for those seeking to enhance their leadership capabilities, refine people management strategies, and develop resilience in an ever-evolving business environment

VENUE

 

The programme is fully residential and the participants will be accommodated in air-conditioned single occupancy rooms. The college does not provide accommodation for the family. The college is Wi-Fi enabled comprehensively.

 

DURATION

The programme duration is 5 days starting from August 18-22, 2025. The participants are expected to arrive a day before commencement and may leave after the conclusion of the programme.

 

PROGRAMME FEE

Residential Fee: Rs. 69,500/- (US $ 1086 for foreigners) plus GST as applicable (presently 18%) per participant. The fee covers tuition, board and lodging, courseware (in electronic form) and other facilities of the College including internet usage.

 

Non-Residential Fee: Rs. 59,500/- plus GST as applicable (presently 18%) per participant. The fee covers tuition, course ware (in electronic form) working lunch and other facilities of the College including internet usage.

   

     A discount of 10% on the Programme fee for three or more participants from the same organisation will be given, provided the payment is credited into         our Bank account before August 16, 2025.

 MEDICAL INSURANCE

The nominees are requested to carry with them the proof of Medical Insurance. The sponsoring agency is required to endorse the nominees' medical coverage in the event of hospitalization

LAST DATE FOR WITHDRAWAL

August 11, 2025. Any withdrawals after this date will entail forfeiture of the fee paid, if any.

ASCI ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

Participants of the College programmes will automatically become members of the ASCI alumni association.

CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION

The College issues a Certificate of Participation at the conclusion of the programme.
