This comprehensive training programme is designed to equip leaders with the knowledge, skills, and strategies required to elevate both individual and team performance while fostering well-being. The programme focuses on two critical dimensions of leadership: Leading Self and Leading Teams.
The programme emphasises emotional intelligence, diversity, and positive psychology to create healthy interpersonal relationships. It also addresses managing change, resolving conflicts, and building high-performing teams using psychometric assessments and scientific decision-making models.

Faculty & Methodology
The programme will be delivered by ASCI faculty led by Dr. Ashok Kumar Patnaik and Dr. Bharath Shashanka Katkam, supported by experts from Indian Civil Services, CEOs, business leaders, and legal and technical advisors. The methodology includes assessments, real-life case discussions, and practical applications.
Participant Profile
The programme is designed for junior, middle, and senior-level managers from public sector, private sector, banks, financial institutions, and government departments in strategic roles. Organisational sponsorship is essential.
Venue
The programme is fully residential. Participants will be accommodated in air-conditioned single-occupancy rooms. The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled. Accommodation for family members is not provided.
Duration
5 Days – February 02 to 06, 2026. Participants are expected to arrive a day before the programme and may leave after its conclusion.
Programme Fee
Residential Fee: Rs. 69,500/- plus GST (18%) per participant.
Non-Residential Fee: Rs. 59,500/- plus GST (18%) per participant.
A 10% discount is applicable for three or more participants from the same organisation,
subject to payment before January 30, 2026.
Medical Insurance
Participants must carry proof of valid medical insurance. The sponsoring agency should endorse medical coverage in case of hospitalization.

Certificate of Participation
