Aligned with Mission Karmayogi Guna of Rajyakarma, which advocates ethical, efficient, and sustainable governance, Supply Chain Management (SCM) is evolving with Al, blockchain, loT, digital twins, and sustainable logistics advancements. To remain competitive, businesses and governments must integrate these innovations into their supply chain strategies.
This three-day training programme equips participants with cutting-edge SCM practices, emphasising data-driven forecasting, automation, and sustainability. Key topics include innovative supply chains, real-time monitoring, Al driven decision-making, and resilient supply chain models. Participants will gain hands-on experience with Power Bl, Tableau, and Al-powered tools to analyse and implement SCM innovations.
By mastering these competencies, participants align with the Karmayogiframework, fostering transparent, efficient, and technology-driven supply chains that enhance governance, business resilience, and sustainable development.

CONTENT
Day 1: Foundations of Emerging SCM Trends
- Overview of real-time monitoring and Al-driven analytics.
- Introduction to digital twin technology.
Day 2: Al, Blockchain, and loT in SCM
- Enhancing transparency with blockchain.
- Optimizing supply chain operations with IoT.
- Leveraging AI for predictive analytics in SCM.
Day 3: Sustainability and Resilient SCM Strategies
- Circular economy models and case studies.
- Capstone project: Participants develop an SCM strategy based on emerging trends and present findings for expert feedback.
METHODOLOGY
The programme follows an interactive approach, incorporating:
- Expert-led classroom sessions.
- Case studies and hands-on exercises.
- Group discussions and collaborative problem- solving.
FACULTY PROFILE
The programme is led by , Prof. BVN Sachendra Professor and Centre Director of CHRD , with about twenty eight years of experience that includes industry and academia. , Assistant Professor Dr Raman Ghosh (Al & Analytics), who brings eight years of research and industry experience in Al, Machine Learning, Blockchain, loT, and Supply Chain Simulations. The faculty team includes eminent civil servants, industry experts, and ASCI faculty members.
PARTICIPANT PROFILE
This programme is designed for middle and senior- level executives and Supply Chain Management and Logistics officers, including professionals from public sector enterprises (CPSEs & SLPEs), government ministries and departments, regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and consulting firms. It is particularly beneficial for industry professionals managing procurement, logistics, and supply chain strategies and those engaged in supply chain innovation, digital transformation, and sustainability initiatives. The programme equips participants with the expertise to navigate the evolving SCM landscape using data-driven insights and emerging technologies.

VENUE
The programme is fully residential and the participants will be accommodated in air-conditioned single-occupancy rooms. The college does not provide accommodation for the family. The college campus is Wi-Fi-enabled comprehensively.
DURATION
The programme duration is 3 days, starting from February 10-12, 2026. The participants are expected to arrive a day before commencement and may leave after the conclusion of the programme.
PROGRAMME FEE
Residential Fee: Rs. 43,700/- (US $ 683 for foreigners) plus GST as applicable (presently 18%) per participant. The fee covers tuition, board and lodging, courseware (in electronic form) and other facilities of the College including internet usage.
Non-Residential Fee: Rs.37,700/- plus GST as applicable (presently 18%) per participant. The fee covers tuition, courseware (in electronic form), working lunch, and other facilities of the College, including internet usage.
A discount of 10% on the Programme fee for three or more participants from the same organisation will be given, provided the payment is credited into our Bank account before . February 09, 2026

MEDICAL INSURANCE
The nominees are requested to carry with them the proof of Medical Insurance. The sponsoring agency is required to endorse the nominees' medical coverage in the event of hospitalisation.

LAST DATE FOR WITHDRAWAL
February 05, 2026. Any withdrawals after this date will entail forfeiture of fee paid, if any.
ASCI ALUMNI ASSOCIATION
Participants of the College programmes will automatically become members of the ASCI Alumni Association.
CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION
The College issues a Certificate of Participation on the conclusion of the programme.
