Dr K Sai Charan is presently working at the Centre of Management Studies, Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), Hyderabad,as Assistant Professor. He holds a Ph.D. Business Management from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur. He has done his doctoral work on the Service Quality of Digital Banking. Prior to this he has also completed his MBA, BBA degrees from the same University with International Business specialisation. He has nearly three years of teaching experience in higher education institutions and more than six and half years of corporate experience. With an experience of nearly six and half years in HDFC Bank as an Assistant Manager, he has acquired valuable exposure to the Banking Industry. He has taught at St. John’s Institute of Science & Technology (Hyderabad), Central University of Andhra Pradesh (Anantapur), and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International School of Textiles & Management (Coimbatore), while working at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International School of Textiles & Management he has actively coordinated industry immersion programs as Industry Immersion Coordinator.

He has also completed Professional training in Supply Chain & Logistics Management from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) and Great Learning, and holds multiple certifications including Google’s Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, Crisis Communication and Reputation Risk Management from LinkedIn Learning and Social Media Marketing from E-Marketing Institute He has published papers on topics like; digital banking trends, demographic impacts on banking services, service quality in banking, effects of GST on the textile sector, and land assembly models for infrastructure development. His core academic interests lie in Digital Marketing, Services Marketing, and Rural Marketing.

He is Life Member of the All India Council for Technical Skill Development (AICTSD), the Education Research & Development Association (ERDA), the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF), and the Association of Indian Universities (INIHE Consortium) and a Working Committee Faculty Member of the Indian Council for Technical Research & Development (ICTRD), demonstrating his dedication to continuous academic growth, professional networking, and knowledge sharing in the field of Management education.
