Leading Strategic Innovation – Programme Overview
Data and algorithms are revolutionising organisational decision-making, driving efficiency and profitability. However, realising the full potential of big data requires enhancing stakeholders’ analytical capabilities. While industries and government agencies are increasingly adopting applied econometrics, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), the Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, and data mining, a considerable skills gap remains.
This training programme, aligned with the Karmayogi Functional Competency Model (Data Analytics - Guna of Rājyakarma), is designed to equip officers, executives, and managers with expertise in applied econometric techniques and digital technologies. Participants will develop proficiency in data management by handling big data and leveraging analytics tools, data analysis and visualisation through effective exploration and interpretation, and data-driven decision-making by applying insights for strategic and impactful outcomes.
OBJECTIVES
- Enhance their ability to make data-driven decisions using statistical models.
- Gain hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau for real-time data visualisation.
