- Strategies to engage, inspire, and motivate team members

Day 2: Communication, Conflict Resolution, and Collaborative Decision-Making
- Role of effective communication in team success
- Active listening, constructive feedback, and conflict resolution techniques

Day 3: Performance Management and Sustaining Team Excellence

Methodology
The programme adopts an experiential learning approach through interactive lectures, group discussions, case studies, simulations, role-plays, and reflective exercises, with emphasis on real-life workplace scenarios.
Faculty
The programme is delivered by distinguished faculty members from the Centre for Human Resource Development (CHRD), along with senior bureaucrats, CEOs, consultants, and industry experts with extensive experience in leadership and organisational development.
Participant Profile
This programme is ideal for junior, middle, and senior-level executives, managers, and professionals in leadership or decision-making roles who seek to enhance team management skills and organisational performance. Organisational sponsorship is essential.
Venue
The programme is fully residential. Participants will be accommodated in air-conditioned single-occupancy rooms. The campus is comprehensively Wi-Fi enabled.
Duration
The programme duration is 3 days, from February 11 to 13, 2026. Participants are expected to arrive a day prior to commencement.
Programme Fee
Residential Fee: Rs. 43,700/- plus GST (18%) per participant.
Non-Residential Fee: Rs. 37,700/- plus GST (18%) per participant.
A 10% discount is applicable for three or more participants from the same organisation,
provided payment is credited before February 09, 2026.
Medical Insurance
Participants must carry proof of valid medical insurance. The sponsoring agency is required to endorse coverage in the event of hospitalization.
