About PGGC

PGGC (Public Grievance & Guidance Cell) is a support system established under the Telangana State Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TGRERA), designed to assist citizens in understanding their rights, receiving verified information, and navigating real estate processes under the TGRERA Act.

Position

ASCI invites dynamic and qualified professionals for the role of Team Leader to work with Public Grievance cum Guidance Cell (PGGC) at TGRERA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise PGGC operations and team members.
  • Ensure quality grievance handling and citizen guidance.
  • Coordinate with TGRERA and ASCI for smooth workflow.
  • Monitor, analyse and report grievance data and progress.
  • Ensure timely escalation and resolution of public issues.
  • Maintain accuracy and reliability of citizen communication.

Eligibility & Skills

  • Graduates / Postgraduates with strong leadership capabilities preferred.
  • Experience in grievance redressal, public services, administration, or customer support.
  • Excellent communication, coordination and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and deliver under timelines.
