Mr. G Bala Subramanyam
Professor
G Bala Subramanyam is working as a Professor in the Environment Area at ASCI. He joined in the College in 2008 as Advisor and subsequently appointed as Professor during 2017. Prior to joining ASCI, he had worked with APPCB for 22 years and Ganga Project Directory, MoEF & CC for one year. He was a Member of an Expert Appraisal Committee of MOEF&CC dealing Infrastructure and CRZ projects under EIA and CRZ Notifications during 2010-13; member of APSEAC nominated by MOEF&CC during 2014-17 and member of the committee to review the provision of EIA Notification 2006, relating to Buildings, Roads & SEZ Projects during 2012 of MoEFCC.
He worked on projects with MOEF&CC, GoI, Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board, Visakhapatnam Port Trust, A.P. Pollution Control Board and with few chemical industries.
His areas of interest are training and consultancy assignments in the area Environmental Regulations, Environmental Impact Assessment, Capacity Building, Sustainability Reporting, Behaviour Based Safety and Fecal Septage & Sludge Management. He is certified ISO 14001 Lead Auditor and GRI certified trainer sustainability reporting.
CURRENT INTEREST
His areas of interest are training and consultancy assignments in the area Environmental Regulations, Environmental Impact Asessment, Capacity Building, Behaviour Based Safety and Fecal Sludge Management. He is certified ISO 1401 Lead Auditor and GRI certified trainer sustainability reporting.
