Context

A crisis situation is created by the unprecedented pandemic COVID 19 everywhere especially in hospitals. Current situation of hospitals is unnerving with shortage of Personal Protective Equipment(PPE), Infection Control measures, paying staff salaries, managing essential supplies, COVID patient’s high emotions, keeping frontline staff (medicos, nurses, housekeeping staff etc.) motivated and be available for hospital duties. Managing hospitals amongst this dilemma have become an intimidating task. The main aim of this webinar is to discuss few key challenges and to help the healthcare workers handle the difficult and sensitive situations in a better manner.
