COURSE CONTENT


    Day – I

    Participants are introduced to the core financial statements—Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow—and explore their roles and significance. The day focuses on identifying key financial metrics and understanding the quantitative foundations that drive business performance, supported by real-world examples and case studies.


    Day – II

    This session delves into the analysis of liquidity and solvency ratios, examining their impact on long-term stability. Participants also assess profitability and turnover metrics to evaluate efficiency, using detailed case studies to apply these concepts in practical scenarios.


    Day – III

    Focusing on the interplay between operational choices and financial outcomes, this day explores how managerial decisions affect the bottom line. Through targeted case studies, participants learn strategies to align their decisions with financial goals and enhance overall performance.


    Day – IV

    Hands-on exercises and group discussions form the core of this session, where participants develop robust analytical skills through practical case studies. Additionally, role-play scenarios and interactive sessions are used to hone effective communication with finance executives and bridge the gap between finance and non-finance functions.


    Day – V

    The programme concludes by integrating the learned concepts into a holistic framework for strategic decision-making. Participants explore shareholder value creation through real-world examples, refine their financial acumen, and develop actionable strategies to drive informed, strategic outcomes.

Led by Dr. Mohammed Mujahed Ali with over 19 years of expertise, seamlessly blends academic rigor with practical insights. Holding a Ph.D. in Business Management along with an M.Phil, MBA, and M.Com, Dr. Ali is recognized as a Securities Market Trainer by SEBI and is serving as a resource person for NISM and NSE, delivering over 250 workshops and Training programmes. His engaging teaching approach integrates immersive classroom sessions, case-based discussions, and a hands-on approach. Designed for executives and senior executives from non-finance functions, including marketing, operations, technical, HR, legal, analytics, and IT. It is particularly suitable for those individuals who are eager to enhance their financial acumen, enabling them to make informed decisions and contribute effectively to overall business strategies. The programme also caters to managers, team leaders, entrepreneurs, and small business owners who are responsible for managing teams or departments and wish to gain a deeper understanding of the financial aspects related to their areas of responsibility. VENUE


The programme is fully residential and the participants will be accommodated in air conditioned single occupancy rooms. The college does not provide accommodation for the family. The college is Wi-Fi enabled in a comprehensive way.


DURATION


The programme duration is from December 08-12, 2025. The participants are expected to arrive a day before commencement and may leave after the conclusion of the programme.


PROGRAMME FEE


Residential Fee: Rs. 69,500/- (US $ 1086 for foreigners)plus GST as applicable (presently 18%) per participant. The fee covers tuition, board and lodging, courseware (in electronic form) and other facilities of the College including internet usage.

Non-Residential Fee: Rs. 59,500/-plus GST as applicable (presently 18%) per participant. The fee covers tuition, course ware (in electronic form) working lunch and other facilities of the College including internet usage.

A discount of 10% on the programme fee for three or more participants from the same organisation will be given, provided the payment is made into our Bank account before October 03, 2025.

MEDICAL INSURANCE


The nominees are requested to carry with them the proof of Medical Insurance. The sponsoring agency is required to endorse the nominee's medical coverage in the event of hospitalization.
