The Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), established in 1956, is a premier institution of excellence and national importance. Jointly promoted by the Government of India and the industry, ASCI serves as a think-tank for policy development and capacity building of professionals across government and corporate sectors.
ASCI operates under the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, as per the Second Schedule of the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961. ( https://www.education.gov.in/allocation-business)
It provides management training for senior managers from government, public sector undertakings, banks, and international organizations such as the World Bank, IMF, ADB, and the private sector to enhance leadership and operational capabilities.
The Dr Kakarla Subba Rao Centre for Health Care Management at ASCI offers the flagship Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Hospital Management) program and seeks passionate individuals with expertise in teaching, research, training, and healthcare industry engagement.
Minimum 10 years of teaching, research, or professional experience in reputed institutes, hospitals, or healthcare organizations.
Responsibilities include teaching in the PGDM (Hospital Management) program, supporting admissions and placements, contributing to training programs, research, consultancy, conferences, and mentoring students.
