About the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI)

“ASCI Is a prestigious, self- financing, institution, imparting modern management techniques to senior managers from the Government, public sector undertakings including banks, International organizations like world bank, IMF,ADB etc, and the private sector, to enhance their managerial capabilities. ASCI faculty also conduct applied research and offer managerial consultancy to the above organizations. ASCI also conduct 2 years duration PGDM and PGDHM programme approved by AICTE”.

Position: Academic Officer

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The Academic Officer’s role provides prompt and efficient support to the College’s faculty, students and staff. It has prime ownership of the Course’s timetable, examination scheduling, evaluation and declaration of results.
  • Maintaining all the documents and files related to students admissions criteria and policy as per AICTE guidelines.
  • Manages the submission of AICTE, NBA, AIU, NIRF compliance documents and co-ordinate the inspections and accreditation process.
  • These responsibilities require maintaining communication and positive relationships with students, faculty and other supporting staff, to ensure the College at all times provides an exceptional student experience.
  • To maintain all the academic data and reports in digital format.
  • To maintain all alumni data base and portal as per requirement.


  • Education:
  • First class Post Graduation degree or equivalent from reputed Institution.
  • 8-10 years work experience in Academics dept. of AICTE approved Institute or University.

Required high computer proficiency, excellent presentation, and networking and communication skills.

Desired creation of collaborative and team oriented academic atmosphere and centre of excellence in the college.

  • The Salary Package
  • Annual Rs. 8 – 12 Lakhs consolidated salary package. Higher emoluments may be considered for exceptionally deserving candidates. The position carries a number of other benefits.
