Programme Objectives

  • Talks by distinguished scientists, eminent technology managers & able administrators.
  • Visits to some of the best-practice driven, model R&D labs and S&T Training institutions
  • Case studies and Videos
  • Panel discussions on effective and efficient management of R&D institutions and industries.
  • Project report preparation & presentations
  • Three-day outbound exercise for enhancing team-building skills and inter-personal relations (optional) This will be on actual expenses.

Target Participants

The programme is designed for experienced scientists and technologists (of levels ‘C’ to ‘G’ or equivalent) with work experience of 9 (nine) years and above. As regards nominations from academia, only those who possess PhD / M.Tech degrees and are actively involved in Research & Development would be selected. Age of the applicants should not be more than 58 years as on 1st July 2017.

All nominations have to be strictly from the government sector only and nomination of applicants from private sector will not be accepted.
