Administrative Staff College of India (Centre for Healthcare Management) launched its tenth batch of “Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Management (PGDHM)” at a glittering function at ASCI, Banjara Hills Campus on July 13, 2015.  This two-year professional Course is ‘All India Council for Technical Education’ approved.

Padma Sree Prof. Kakarla Subba Rao, former Director of the Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS), formally launched the batch and called upon the Governments and the Corporate sector to focus on the primary healthcare to cater to the health needs of majority of our people.

The ASCI Director General, Mr. Ravi Kant, elucidated the glorious contribution of ASCI to the nation building and congratulated the students for having chosen ASCI to fulfill their dreams and aspirations. The Dean of Training Programs (DoTP), Prof.M. Chandrasekhar, lucidly briefed the new batch students and their parents the industry-oriented curriculum, practice-oriented training and ever-growing job opportunities in healthcare management. 

The ASCI-PGDHM Academic advisory board member and war veteran Col. Bhaskar Reddy, the Director of the Centre for Healthcare Management at ASCI Dr. Subodh Kandamuthan, Associate Professor Dr. Bhawna Gulati, Medical Officer Dr. Ramakrishna and Admissions and Placements Officer Padmashree Radhaswamy also spoke.

The new batch students and their parents also visited ASCI's Bella Vista campus and interacted with faculty members in the evening over a cup of tea.
