Srilekha Ravvarapu, Assistant Professor in the Centre for Poverty Studies and Rural Development is a management professional with 8 years of experience in policy planning, research, monitoring and evaluation of projects/schemes related to agriculture, rural and livelihood development. As a member of faculty at ASCI, she is engaged in research and consulting assignments specific to agricultural infrastructure, e-Governance in agriculture, commodity pricing studies and rural development. She has also directed training programs in areas such as agricultural produce marketing and agricultural finance. She takes sessions on planning and fiscal interventions in agriculture, value chain finance, commercial lending in agriculture and cluster development. Prior to joining ASCI, she had worked in the industry and consulting space on project development services and industrial cluster development, specific to agriculture and food processing.

Her current areas of interest include unified agricultural markets (e-National Agriculture Market) and digitalizing agriculture reforms in India.
