Ms. Rashmi Jha has joined Administrative Staff College Of India, Hyderabad as Assistant Professor in July 2019.
She is an organizational capability development professional, with 25 years of experience in training, talent management, learning and organizational development from diverse industries. 

Her exposure to process engineering and business development equips her with first hand-exposure to business needs and expectations. She calls herself an employ-ability researcher based on her long stint in observing trainee participants and the effects of learning and teaching on them. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations and, is a qualified Chemical Engineering graduate from BIT SINDRI (RANCHI UNIV.). She is a continuous self-learner and her strength is keen observation, assimilation of relevant knowledge and know-how clubbed with an apt delivery.

She is a certified PMP from PMI(USA). She has done her fellowship certification in “Strategic Learning & Development and Organizational Development” from ‘World Board HR’. She has also done her certification in “MBGC(Master Behavioural Group Coach)” from ‘World Board HR’. Currently she is pursuing her Phd in “Strategic Learning & Development and its Business Impact” from IIM, Ranchi. She has worked for CPSU namely Hindustan Copper Ltd and HLL Lifecare Ltd, global MNCs – YOKOGAWA Middle East & Africa and YOKOGAWA India Ltd and also as an academic faculty with ICFAI group and MIT – Pune. She has also been ‘Guest Faculty’ in various business schools in Mumbai and Bangalore.

Over these years, she partnered with senior leadership as HR business partners to enable bestpossible results through people, towards strategic organizational goals. Rashmi is truly passionate about enabling performance development in individuals, teams and the overall organization.

She is well versed with the nuances of Training and Development like understanding the business needs, validation of concerns, conceptualization, choosing appropriate delivery methodology, content development, facilitation and post training evaluation.

Apart from these, she is in the pursuit of being a professional Coach and Facilitator wherein her understanding and exposure in the areas of using various psychometric tools, competencyframework and mapping exercises and development centres comes very handy.
